  • If you are working at state/central/private, certificates indicating relevant work experience in the field of study.

  • High resolution individual Signature

* Applicant are subjected to pay Rs.1000 through UPI/IMPS/NEFT/Cash.
*For Offline form Submission, kindly visit to university during the office hour.
*The payment receipt should be uploaded at the time enrolment.
