The course focuses on Yoga Practices, Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Therapy, Anatomy, India Philosophy and wellness Management. Students will learn different yoga techniques and develop the skills to promote health, fitness and more. MIU offers this degree to students who have completed their 10+2 qualification from a recognised degree. The program at MIU is offered in full time mode to make sure students will receive proper academic guidance and practical learning. After completing the degree students are required to pursue a career as Yoga Instructors, Therapist, Wellness Consultant, and Meditation Coaches.
